Piece Name: There’s No Hope Anymore
This piece was one of my many self-directed projects where I could work at my own pace. With this must freedom, it is important to not get off-track or to not work on it at all because there’s always the thought of “I have plenty of time, I can get it done later.”
During the production of this image, I did not get distracted and stayed dedicated to finishing the piece as well as keeping sure to not rush.
This piece shows growth in my responsibility as I managed to finish this project within 10 days instead of my 20 day average. I was able to stay on track and worked efficiently.
I really like the colours within this image along with the aesthetic of it as well. It was different from what I was working on in the past, but it was interesting to have something different to work on.
If I were to make a similar image to this one, I would use a different set of colours along with making it a different time during the day. I would also make the scene different and not take place within a desert-like area.
I learned a bunch about the Pathfinder tool and how it works. I also learned how to create clouds and stars that really adds an extra aspect to the image.
